
Brian D. Delaney is a native of Saint John, New Brunswick. He received his B.B.A. from St. Francis Xavier University in 1990 and his L.L.B. from the University of New Brunswick in 1994. He has been practicing with Mosher Chedore since being admitted to the bar in 1995.
Brian's practice is concentrated in the area of litigation, representing clients in Family Court for divorce, separation, custody and access disputes as well as in Trial Division for personal injury matters, wrongful dismissals, property disputes, and estate litigation . He is also one of the select number of lawyers in New Brunswick qualified to use the Collaborative Law model of dispute resolution and has represented many clients using mediation as a means of resolving their legal disputes. He has appeared before all levels of Court in New Brunswick including the Court of Appeal as well as before several boards, tribunals and the Tax Court of Canada.
Brian resides in Saint John with his wife Mary and their five children.
He is a member of Atlantic Provinces Trial Lawyers Association, the New Brunswick Law Society, the New Brunswick Branch of the Canadian Bar Association, and the Saint John Law Society.
